Rolsmed Healthcare does the first. It formulates, manufactures and tests medicines in a plant of its own.
Rolsmed Pharma does the second. It works with PCD franchise partners, third-party brands and private labels, from a corporate office in Hyderabad and a regional office in Panchkula.
Keeping them as two companies under one group means each can do its job properly, and both answer to the same quality standard.
